Vibes:
Our trips are high energy but low impact. There’s walking and getting up into the safari trucks involved but these trips are very accommodating for most fitness levels.
There are opportunities to be more active during individual downtime or lounge by the pool if your body says nope (shout out to my EDS fam). It’s your choice. We love doing workouts and walk/run in the bush field. But mostly the only thing running will be your liver.
